About The Wine:
It’s everything you want from a classic California Chardonnay. The aromatics consist of ripe orchard fruits and yellow flowers in full bloom. Limited oak aging gives this wine a toasted graham cracker aromatic and textural lift, while extending the finish. And while the acid takes a backseat to fruit and oak, it is present and balances the creamy roundness nicely and keeps the wine fresh and enjoyable.
About The Winemaker:
Kryss Speegle holds a master’s degree in Food Science from the University of California, Davis, a diploma in wines and spirits from the UK-based Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and currently is a Master of Wine student. Kryss has worked harvests in Napa, Mendocino, Germany, and New Zealand, and she also spent three years at Ravenswood Winery.
